Christina was born in a family of yoga enthusiasts and started practicing yoga with her parents when she was just 5 years old. “I’ve practiced yoga since I was a kid and I can tell that this is my entire life. I love the sense of self-awareness and tranquility yoga and meditation give me and I really believe that yoga helped me grow up well-balanced and stress-tolerant,” Christina says. Nowadays, Christina runs her own yoga studio in Portland as well as gives online lessons.
